[iiY TELKURAI'H—OWS CORRESPONDENT. J Auckland, Wednesday. Jl'lXrK Gillies reserved his decision in the Humphrey's divorce case, as he was not •sure if the evidence would warrant his giving a decree. The man Cossar, supposed to have been killed at Pukekohe, has turned up all right. An inquiry was held to-day concerning the death of a man named James .Shaw, lost overboard from the schooner Lizzie Guy, and its decision was reserved. From tho evidence it appeared that deceased tripped on the rudder chains. The Kotomahana, for Sydney, this evening, was again crowded with emigrants allured by glowing accounts of the prosperity in Australia. Amongst her passengers were .Mr and Mrs Trewheellar, late of Hamilton, en route for Queensland.
