MR MORLEY'S MOTION.

Londoh, June 25. In moving an amendment last ni<rht censuring the administration of tho Government in Ireland, the Eight Hon. Mr Morley said the policy of coercion had failed, and that the magistracy was utterly incapable of fairly administering the law. The Right Hon. ?»[r (loschen followed, and claimed that under the present administration boycotting and agrarian outrages had decreased, there had been few miscarriages of justice, and the supremacy of tho law was becoming recognised. June 2G. The division on Mr Morley's amendment was taken this evening, with the result that the amendment was negatived by 263 to 373.
