THE SALVATION ARMY.

Thkkk was a very large congregation at the barracks of the Salvation Army at Hamilton on Tuesday evening last, when a real salvation "go-a-head" meeting was held, The Ngaruawahia contingent rode up to take part in the meeting, which added greatly to its success. The officers of the Army at Hamilton are a host in themselves, so when they were assisted by about half-a-dozen earnest speakers from Ngaruawahia, it was not a matter of surprise that they had such a good meeting. At the close of the meeting three souls wended their way to the penitent form, making seven during the last two meetings. The Army will not inarch to-night, as it is the night for holding their "Holiness" meeting. The Ngatuawahia people are also expected to be present.
