Notices. rp H E HAMILTON VOLUNTEER HALL SITE. Ppblic Notice is Hkrkby Given that it is intended, during the present session of Parliament, to introduce a Bill authorising the Trustees of the Hamilton Volunteer Hall to borrow any sum of money not exceeding £500 by mortgage of the land comprised in the schedule to "The Hamilton Volunteer Hall Site Act, 1878." Such money to be applied in paying off all liabilities whatsoever incurred by the said Trustees. A copy of the said Bill and plan of the said land, certified by an Authorised Surveyor, are deposited in the Resident Magistrate's Court-house at Hamilton, and arc open to public inspection. THE SCHEDULE REFERRED TO. All that parcel of land being Allotment 445, of the Town of Hamilton AVest, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand ; bounded on the north west by Knox-strect, 003 links ; on the north-east by allotments Nos. 447, -14S, 419, 450, and 451, 419 links ; on the south-east by a reserve, 250 links ; and on the south-west by allotment No. 407, 3(J6 links; containing by admeasurement one acre. Notice is Hkreby Gives that the Trustees of. the Ngaruawahia Public Cemetery intend to apply to the General Assembly of New Zealand, in Parliament assembled, for leave to introduce a Bill to authorise the said Trustees to LEASE, by public auction or public tender, a certain UNUSED PORTION of the said CEMETERY RESERVE (as described in the schedule hereto), for a term not exceeding 14 years, and upon such terms as the said Trustees think fit. The rents, profits and proceeds thereof to he applied in and towards the improvement and ornamentation of the other portion of the said Cemetery Reserve, and to no other purpose whatsoever. A copy of the said Bill is deposited in the Resident Magistrate's Court at Ngaruawahia, with a plan of the portion of the said Reserve intended to be leased, and the said Bill aud plan are open to public inspection. SCHEDULE. All that parcel of laud known as Lot 81, of the Suburbs of Newcastle, Parish of Horotiu, Newcastle Survey District, Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement J3 acres 1 rood 37 perches, more or less.
