[BY KtiIiCTRIC TKLBGIUrH.—CorYRIGHT.J Newcastle, Monday. Tub barque Windounce rescued the crew of the Brig Minn, two months out from .Melbourne, mid bound to the Clarence River. When the vessel win met slie was in a sinking condition Tlio crew was transhipped to the Windounce, and the sinking vessel abandoned.
