Public Notice is Hekeijy Given that it is intended during the present session of Parliament to introduce a Bill whereby Section No. 223 a, Parish of Kirikiriroa, containing 137 acres, known as the Old Peach Grove Reserve, may be vested in the WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL, as an endowment for the said County for the purposes of ati Agricultural College and Model Farm, where the inhabitants of the said County and neighbouring Counties may acquire-knowledge in practical fanning. Notice h Hereby Given that the Trustees of the Ngaruawahia Public Cemetery intend to apply to the General Assembly of New Zealand, in Parliament assembled, for leave to introduce a Bill to authorise the said Trustees to LEASE, by public auction or public tender, a certain UNUSED PORTION of the said CEMETERY RESERVE (.is described in the schedule hereto), for a term not exceeding 14 years, and upon such terms as the said Trustees think fit. The rents, profits and proceeds thereof to be applied in and towards the improvement and ornamentation of the other portion of the said Cemetery Reserve, and to no other purpose whatsoever. A copy of the said Bill is deposited in the Resident Magistrate's Court at Ngaruawahia. with a plan of the portion of the said.Reserve intended to be leased, and the said Bill and plan are open to public inspection, :• SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land known as Lot 81, of the Suburbs of Newcastle, Parish of Horotiu, Newcastle Survey District, Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 13 acres 1 rood 37 perches, more or less.
