[by telegraph—own correspondent. | Auckland, Friday. The lad Duncan, charged with setting fire to a shed, at Kohimarama, was further remanded. Oordon L. Coward, formally traveller for T. H. Webb and Go's pianos, has been committed for trial, for forging a cheque at Pukekohe, At the Auckland South Licensing meeting to day, all licenses were renewed, and licensees congratulated on the manner in which the houses have been kept. The weather is extremely cold and wot.
