|By Electric Telegraph— Copyright.] . PaWs, June 4. General Boulanger has demanded urgeucy for his Constitution Bevision Hill, and declares that a serious crisis is impending. He considers the Presidency of the Republic is an unnecessary ollice.
In the Chamber of Deputies, General Boulanger's urgency motion was negatived by 377 to 186. Several exciting scenes occurred in the Chamber on the result of the division being announced. The Premier taunted General Boulanger with .aspiring to a Dictatorship. ~ .i
Referring to M. Clcmenccau, the leader of the Left party, he said the latter was anxious to be at the helm of the Government ship.
