I By Electric Tklegkaph.—Copyright.] London, May 14. Mr Thomas Dicksox, a Parnellite, has been returned for St. Stephen's, Dublin, by a majority of 1877. over his opponent, Robert Sexton (Unionist). The death is announced of ViceAdmiral Sir W. N. W. Hewitt, K. 0.8., V.0., of 11.M.5. Sultan, Ohannel Squadron, aged 54. M. Stambouloff has made a formal complaint to Servia of tlie incursions of armed bands on the frontier. Priuce Bismarck is unwell, and has been ordered complete rest'. . . It is expected that 11.M.5. Orlando will be commissioned, on the 24th. Mr Stead, editor of the Pall Mali Gazette, intends making a tour through Russia to Merv,' returning via Constantinople and Bulgaria. The Coptic's cargo of frozen meat has arrived in excellent condition.
