The t'rivy Council have reinstated (Jhief Justice Or.s'.ow who was suspended by the Governor, but deprecate the language used by him to Sir Napier Broomo. The receipt of the news was the cause of great jubilation, a public celebration will bo held, and an address of congratulation preseuted to the judge.
