Archbishop Walsh has been summoned to Rome. It is reported that he does not return to Dublin, Cardinal Moran, of Sydney, succeeding him. London, April 30. The Cork tradespeople are boycotting M. Persico. Sydney, Mny 1. Cardinal Moran, denies the truth of the statement to the effect that he is to succeed Archbishop Walsh, of Dublin. EXCITEMENT IN CANADA. Ottawa, May 1, There is great excitement over the Pope'sdecree on Irish affairs, and the declaration of the leading clergy thf/t they will refuse absolution if it \y, disobeyed.
