REPORT OF CHINESE COMMISSIONERS.

Tiie report of the Chinese commissioners who visited Australia and other places to enquire into the well being of the Chinese has been published. The report complains bitterly of the outrageous treatment of the Chinese at Manilla by the Spaniards and also by the Dutch in their possessions and recommends the immediate establishment of consulate at Manilla. At Signaporo the Chinese out number the Europeans four to one, anrl in Sydney and vicinity, the number of Chinese is 10.000, The report speaks in hii'h terms of the rich natural products of Australia, and also of the treatment Chinese receive and suggests the establishment of a consulate at Sydney, and also submits a plan to raise funds at different foreign ports, where Chinese congregate for the purpose of constructing warships and protect Chinese subjects.
