A ijiyo.RCß action will bo commenced in the Supremo Court shortly, in which Thurston, a lmtelkeepor of Murton, is the petitioner, and Vletcher, until recently in the employ of Messrs Nelson, Moate and Co., appears as correspondent. The petitioner alleges that his wife left him in ISKIi, and has since been living with the co-respondent in Wellington. An elderly man, named Thns. Riidd, has beon missing since Wednesday last. The members of the Government liavo been in Cabinet all day, discussing business for tho session.
