T]r i3 prospectus of the Broken Hill Marototo Silver and Gold Mining Company (Limited) is published in the Sydney papers, received on Tuesday. The capital is £85,000, in £1 shares. The prospectus says : —Forty thousand shares, to be issued as fully paid up to 20s per share, will be retained by the present proprietors as part payment for the property. Forty-five thousand shares, to lie issued as paid up to 7s per share, are uow offered to the public on the following terms, viz., 2s 6d on application, and 2s 6d on allotment, upon payment of which scrip will be issued as paid up to 12s per share. If necessary, the balance of Ss per share will be called up, as required, in calls not exceeding Oil per share per month.
