T]r i3 prospectus of the Broken Hill Marototo Silver and Gold Mining Company (Limited) is published in the Sydney papers, received on Tuesday. The capital is £85,000, in £1 shares. The prospectus says : —Forty thousand shares, to be issued as fully paid up to 20s per share, will be retained by the present proprietors as part payment for the property.
