The New Capital Subscribed. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.] London, April 21. Tiie whole of the new capital of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company has been subscribed. It will be remembered that the directors sanctioned £1,000,000 increase, and £500,000 was offered to the public.
