MR GLADSTONE.
♦ AT THE NATIONAL LIBERAL CLUB. (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.— COPYRIGHT.) London', April 12. Mr Gladstone, speaking at the National Liberal Club, expressed great pleasure at the strength and condition of the National party in Ireland. In the course of the speech Mr Gladstone denounced the action of the Government, in agreeing to make concessions to the local Government party, a condition for the alteration of their views on the question of Home Rule, as scandalous and dishonourable.
