STRANDED BARQUE, WEATHERFIELD.
[BY tBLBGBAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Wednesday. Captain Sherries, of the stranded barque Weatherfield, has come into town. The vessel is pretty well in the same position as previously reported, and she is now being dismantled. No information has been received from the owners at Home as to whether the barque is insured. The Collector of Customs conducted the preliminary enquiry to-day. It is not known whether an official enquiry will be held.
