THE SUGAR BOUNTIES
ALL THE POWERS CONSENT TO ABOLITION. [13v Elkcthiu Telkgbaph.—Copybight.] London, April 6. The Sugar Bounties Conference resumed its sitting to-day, Baron de Worms presiding. It was announced that all the Powers had consented to the abolition of the bounties.
