SPORTS AT TAUWHARE.

The Tauwbare Easter sports took place on Monday, and drew a very fair attendance of spectators from the neighbouring districts. Mr Walworth, of tin; Temperance Hotel, provided lunch in his usual style. The course was well laid out, and Mr Speake, secretary ; Mr Diprosc, starter ; Mr Dodd, judge ; and Mr Kent, clerk of the course, performed their various functions very efficiently.
