Tamahere Fete.
Tlic Cluirch people of the pretty little hamlet of Tiiinaliere fixed upon Easter for holding a monster fete in aid of the general fund of their Church (S. Stephen's). This edifice was ereeted for the use of the local Christian body as a whole ; that is, there is a mutual understanding that the building shall be used by the members of the Anglican Church and the Wesleyans, respectively, for holding services. There will, therefore, he unanimous support bestowed by them all alike upon the fete on Monday next. There will be a variety of amusements and sports during the day, followed by an attractive entertainment in the evening. Additional interest will be lent to tile occasion by the presence of the Hamilton Volunteer Bind, and the cricket match between Hamilton and Cambridge. Omnibuses will rim to the ground from Hamilton, and as the promoters have been working indefatiuably in the cause, wo have no doubt they will be rewarded by complete success.
