Rrydon, manager at Diuiedin for the New Zealand and Australian Land Company, to abstain from bidding for a section of Grown Lands at auction on February 2'Jih. The charge was based on certain lctte-s written to Urydon by Dunbar, who pleaded ignorance of the law on the subject.
