In pursuance of the provisions of the above mentioned Acts, I hereby give notice that the Piako County Council intends, at a meeting of the said Council to be held at To Aroha on THURSDAY the 12th day of April prox, to MAKE A SPECIAL RATE of one-twelfth of a pkn'ny IN TUB £ over all rateable property within the Patetere Riding of the fiako County (exclusive of Crown and Native Lands) such rate to be an annually rectirring rate payable half-yearly upon the Ist of July and the Ist day of January in each year for twenty-six years, the first of such payments to be made upon the Ist day of July 1888.
