MR BALFOUR ON IRELAND.
(By Elkothio Telegraph— Coptrioht.) London, March 23. Mil A. J. Balfour, in his speech at Staleybridge, said that Ireland would shortly be relieved from the yoke of an irresponsible association which commanded almost an unlimited power of punishment liy boycotting, and was acting in opposition to the laws of the State without any sense of morality.
