Train Arrangements: On Good Friday, March 30th, trains will not run in the Waikato, with the exception of an Excursion Train from Auckland to Te Aroha, Cambridge and Te Awamutu, leaving Mercer at 0.30 a.m., Huntly 10.35, Ngaruawahia 11.5, Frankton Junction 11.35 a.m., arriving at Obanpo at 12.5 p.m., Te Awamntu 12 30, Hamilton West 11.40, Cambridge ;i2.30. Morrinsville 12.30, and Te Aroha at 1.15 p.m., returning from Te Aroha at 6 p.m., Morrinsville G. 50., Cambridge 6.50, Hamilton West 7.30, Te Awamutu 6.45, Ohaupo 7. 5, Ngaruawahia 8.10, Huntly 8.45, stopping where required, south of Mercer, to pick up or set down passengers. Ordinary fares. AUCKLAND RACES 2nd and 3rd April, 188 S. On MONDAY, April 2nd, a passenger train will leave Te Aroha at 5.45 a.m., Morrinsville 6 30, Cambridge 6.35, Te Awamutu 6.40, Ohaupo 7.0, Hamilton West 7.25, Ngaruawhia 8.5, Huutly 8.35, Mercer 9.45, for Racecourse Platform and Auckland, reaching Aucklaud about 12.15 p.m. This train will stop where required to pick up or set down passengers. Fares as below. On April 3rd a train will leave Auckland at 6.20 p.m., Racecourse Platform 6,35. Mercer 9.30, and Frank ton Junction at 11.30 p.m., reaching Cambridge and Te Awamutu about 12.15 a.m., stopping where required to pick up or set down passengers. On April 2nd a train will leave Ruakura Junction at 2.5 p.m., in connection with the 8.0 a.m. train from Auckland, running as on Tuesdays. TRAINS CANCELLED. Od April 2nd the following trains will not run :—9.20 a.m. Cambridge to Frankton Junction, 9.15 a.m. Te Awamutu to Huntly, 1.55 p.m. Te Aroha to Morrinsville, 2.55 p.m. Morrinsville to Frankton Junction, 4.10 p.m. Frankton Junction to Auckland, 11.40 Auckland to Frankton Junction, 7.0 p.m. Frankton Junction to Cambridge. On April 3rd the 6.55 p.m. train Frankton Junction to Te Awamutu will not run. Passengers for Te Awamntu travel by the train leaving Auckland at 6.20 p.m. (see above). No Goods or Live Stock Traffic will be conveyed on March 30 or April 2. RETURN FARES. Passengers from stations at which the Excursion Tickets are not issued will be able to take advantage of the Excursion Bookings by taking out a Saturday Return Ticket to the nearest station (in the direction of Auckland) at which the Excursion Tickets are issuable. SATURDAY RETURN TICKETS will be issued from any station to any station from Wednesday, 28th March, to Monday, 2nd April (both days inclusive), and will bo available for return up to and including 16th April.
