Mr Haynes denounced, the Protectionists and Roman Catholics in the course of a speech in the House last night, aud Mr Fletcher walked over and seized him by the throat and threw him on a seat, and was only dragged off with difficulty, amidst much excitement, by the Sergeant, at-arms.
