(Bx Electric Telegraph.— Copyright.] Pakis, March 21. At a Communistic meeting, General Boulanger was strongly denounced. A number of deputies belonging to the Left have issued a manifesto protesting against Boulanger's pretensions. Ho will probably be relegated to the retired list.
