FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE.
(By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright.) London, March 14. No further intelligence has been received of the disaster at Suakim, and its truth is doubted. The Duke of Westminster is forwarding '21 line pictures to the Melbourne Inhibition. In the House of Commons the second reading of Mr Bradlaugh's Oath Bill was carried by a majority of 100. The Government did not oppose the motion for the second reading. The Prince of Wales, Albert Victor, and the Duke of Cambridge left to-day for Berlin. The Prince of Naples, soil of the King of Italy, will represent Italy, and General Billot will represent Franco at Kaiser Wilhelin's funeral. Berlin, March 14. The Emperor Frederick has reaffirmed the alliance with Austria and Hungary. Sofia, March 14. Major Topoff, cammandant here, has been arrested on a charge of embezzling Government monies. The defalcations are reported to be of considerable extent.
