HARVEST THANKSGIVING SERVICES AT TRINITY WESLEYAN CHURCH, HAMILTON.

TilK Harvest Thanksgiving service in connection with the above Church was held on Sunday last. The Church was very tastefully decorated with grain, fruit, vegetables, etc., by the members of the congregation, which gave it a very pretty appearance. In the morning tho Rev. J. Dellow conducted the service, and in taking the text from the 1)7 Psalm, 5, (i, and 7 verses, " Let the people praise Thee, O (fod; Let all the people praise Thee. Then shall tho earth yield her increase ", and God, even our own God, shall bless us. God shall bless us, and all the ends of the earth shall fear Him," preached an excellent sermon to a very largo congregation. In the evening tho Rev. Mr Comrie, Presbytorian minister, took the service, when there was again a very largo congregation. The toxt taken was from the Ist epistle of John and 19th verse, " We love him because he first loved us," from which an able and appropriate address was delivered. It was decided to save tho fruit, &c, for the gift auction, which is to take placo on Saturday next.
