Since the declaration of the dividend of £16 in the Broken Hill Proprietary Silver shares there has been'a slurp fall on the sharemarket. .Shares are now down, and aro quoted at from 41375 to £3SO. There has been a corresponding decline all round in silver scrip. Melbourne, March 3. Ur. James, who invested £5000 in Broken Hill shares early in the speculation fever, has just sold out for £373,000.
