(B? TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Auckland, Monday, A MAN named William Hornsby was to-day sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment by Mr H. C. Baddeley dispenser of justice at the Auckland Police Court for bein? poor, i.e., having no visible means of support.
