Lonegn, February 11. Mr P.-yrnkll last night moved an amendment to the Address-in-Reply to the speech from the Throne. In the course of his remarks the Irish leader said that the operation of the Crimes Act in Ireland has alienated the sympathy of the Irish people, and had even destroyed their respect for the law. The execution of the provisions of the Act, Mr Parnell declared to have been harsh and not impartial.
