' Judgment for amount claimed, with costs ■ £1 Is lid. James Dogherty, an old man who resides • at Cambridge, summoned his two sons to ' show cause why they should not contribute s to his support. A letter was received from 3 one, saying that ho had his mother and a wife and family to support, and tho other had a wife and family and mother-in-law to keep. The R.M. said he ould not make an order in the. face of those facts, and suggested that tho old man should go and live i with them. He adjourned tho case until , next Court day to see if that could be ar- , ranged.
