It is expected that the H-trbour Board will make a mess of the dock opening. Only the Governor, the Admiral, Sir G. Grey, the Chairman of the Board, and the Mayors of Auckland and Devonport aro to enjoy the banquet. The following aro the nominations for the Licensing Committees for the several districts.
