Lifts his hat in the present: of a lady, 0!' when he. meets you in tne street? 1 Vid yon ever see s'.;ch a'loth .' He keeps his seat when a friend shakes hands with him ; coughs right in your faee without covering hi.- mouth ; expectorates without using his pockethandkerchief ; and when you speak to .mil mumbles out his answer as though he were too lazy to articulate.
