11JY TELEGRAPH—OWH CORRESPONDENT.] Auckland, Wednesday. The crew of the barque India, loading Umber at Kaipara for Australia are in a state of mutiny. The captain makes them work two hours longer than agreed upon, aud feeds them on salt meat, and not enough of that. They have applied for police protection against his cruelty.
