Should any dispute arise in any way in connection with these races, the decision of the Stewards shall be accepted as final and conclusive 2. Nominations for the Handicaps, accompanied by a qualification fee of 1 sow must be in the hands of the Secretary on or before the 21st day of January, ISBS, at 8 o'clock p.m. Acceptances and general entries on the 2nd of February 18SS, at S p.m., both to be addressed : " Secretary R.T.C. Rotorua." 3. Three horses to start or no race. 4. All Jockeys to ride in racing costume, under a penalty of 10s, except for the Maori Hack Race. 5. All protests must be made in writing, accompanied by 1 sov., which will be forfeited to the Club should the protest be dismissed. 6.
