UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. |By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright. | .Received January 13th, 1 p.m. London, January 12 Loud Salisbuby, speaking at Liverpool, declared that Mr Gladstone was trying to prove that Home Rule was necessary, the result being that lie was making Ireland ungovernable. His lordship also stated that the prospect of the Conservative party had greatly improved of late.
