THE NEW ZEALANDER TWINE BINDER. IN asking our friends to buy from New Zealand Makers, we would point out a few of the benefits which would accrue through so doing. Duplicates would be easier got and generally cheaper; and from the facilities at our disposal—viz. , our branches in different parts of New Zealand. —we can supply any parts of machines from any of these branches at an hour's notice; other makers may, and do claim to be able to do thi*, but fanners find to their cost, and our experience bears them out, that it cannot BK DONE WITH IMI'OKTKI) 51ACH1NF.S. We have known of cases where farmers with a broken down Importkd Binder have had to wait a week during the busiest part of harvest tune before they got supplied. Had such been a machine of our make, it would have been at work within a few hours. AH parts of machines are numbered and accurately duplicated, and we challenge comparison with the best imported in that respect; and while asking farmers to purchase our Binder, we may state that it is now generally recognised that our machine is at least as good as the best imported, and .much sui'Kßiou to many of them in every requisite of a serviceable Binder. We append a few of the many Testimonials received for our Binder; but the best Testimonial is the fact that last year no les.s than 43 weie sold in one district alone. Tk Rokb West, Waipa. Aug. 11, 1887. The Reaper and Binder I bought from you last harvest made very good work on all 'sorts of ground. I cut some very steep sidlings, the Binder sliding a foot at once, and at the same time cutting and binding a very neat sheaf. Isaac Hodgson. Centre Bush. March 27, 1886. The Reaper and Binder I purchased from you this season has given me entile satisfaction. I cut and tied 140 acres in 11 days, and made a really good job. She tied well and left a good clean stubble, although some of the crop was very lignt, and other parts of it were good. I consider your Binder quite equal to any of ttie imported machine?, and much ltuhtku of diiaught THAN SOMK THAT WKIIE WORKING IN THE SAJin I'ADDOCK with MB. I sever.il times worked the same team of three hoises the whole, day, although I had a spare team beside me. Iliad no stoppage from time of starting till I finished, and I am tliorouguly satisfied that I have a really cood and serviceable machine, and one that will last trie a good many seasons. Could there be anything more wasteful than to throw a pile of money away to a Dealer, which only means giving half the amount in Profit ? We only know of one thing 1 almost equally foolish—that is, parting with cash for worthless ForeignMade Articles, Yankee notions, Clockwatch Toys, &c., fit only for children to play with. S.
