Should any dispute arise in any way in connection with these races, the decision of the Stewards shall be accepted as final and conclusive. 2. Nominations for the Handicaps, accompanied by a qualification fee of 1 sov. must be in the hands of the Secretary on or before the 21st day of January, 18S8, at 8 o'clock p.m. Acceptances and general entries on the 2nd of February 1888, at Sp.tn, both to be addressed : " Secretary R.-T.C. Rotorua." 3. Three horses to start or no race, 4. All Jockeys to ride in racing costume, under a penalty of 10s, except for the Maori Hack Race. 5.
