All goods will he delivered in the Waikato, freight paid. The Auckland Woollen Factory (re«is(ered as the North New Zealand Woollen Manulacturing Company), has been recently erected, and all the latest improvements that man has brought to his aid are to the front, lessening expenses ami turning out better finished goods. The wool is at hand, the labour is plentiful, and all that is wanted is the public encouragement to make it a great success. The shares allotted so far are not in the hands of a few, and everyone who can allhrd it is invited to hnv, even if it he only a few, and thus take an interest in " hat is really a co-operative business in the true sense. At present the factory is working hard to get the demand for Tweeds suppliedJhut before the season is far on stocks of Blankets, Flannels, Shawls, Surges, Knitting Yarns, Ladies' Dress Materials, &c., will he ready for sale, when we hope to supply the wants of the district with goods of Auckland manufacture.
