WAIPA RACING CLUB.
The Annual meeting of the members of this dub was held on Tuesday evening when the balance -sheet and statement of accounts were road by the secretary. The balance sheet which showed a credit balance at tlie bank was adopted. This club which began in a modest way, lias, by prudent management, steered clear of debt and is in a healthy Rendition. The assets, including a nice little credit balance in cash, are worth over £1)0, this is without tikiug into consideration the money laid out in farming and sowing the course, and m the polos erected round it. A committee was appointed who will draw up a programme to-night for the next annual meeting which will be held as usual on anniversary day.
