Rcsmcxc Mauistkatk’.s Corin'. -- There were several debt cases disposed of, and the following criminal cases were dealt with Eliia v, Albert Champion. Charge of unlawfully and maliciously killing a dog, the property of the complainant, valued at 21.8. Mr Gre-ham appeared for the defence. Dismissed with costs for the defendant 27 Is. Farrell v. Gilford.~ Judgment in this case was given for plaintiff fm-damages 28 Ms, being the value of the sheep lost through defendant’s failure to fence as per agreement, and .211 the damages sustained by plaintiff in consequence of Ins being unable to put cattle and sheet) on h' s own land.
