Grov3 r has announced his intention of forwarding his resigatiou to the National Assembly on Monday next, the Kouvicr Cabinet presenting the President’s message to the Chamber. The National Assembly will meet on Tuesday, for the purpose of electing a successor to M. Grcvy. (press association.) London, November 2a. M. Lainorgo and M. Leroyer are candidates for the Presidency vacated by M. Grcvy. It is thought that General Boulanger has a very poor chance of being elected to the position.
