New York, November 16. Nfu Joseph Chamberlain, M.P., Chief Rritish Commissioner for the Canadian fisheries arbitration, was entertained at a banquet given in his honour by the New York Chamber of Commerce last evening. Mr Chamberlain expressed himself hopeful or an amicable settlement of the d; ; ite.
