Mr Graham has, however, already pointed out that there is ample room for two or more factories in the Waikato. What is needed in the initial stage of the movement is, for the fanners to federate together and give the guarantee they are asked to give to grow a certain quantity of sugarbeet. On this being done, Mr Graham’s proposed company will then he encouraged to enter into active operations, and will take measures to meet all the requirements of the districts generally.
