THE CIVIL SERVICE SUPPLY ASSOCIATION.
A MKHTiMr of shareholders in the Civil Service Supply Association of New Zealand Limited was held on Wednesday, the 2Gth mst., :it the Insurance Buildings, Auckland, Captain Daddy in the chair. It was annoiiaccd that 121. shareholders had given in their adhesion, and it was resolved to form the .Association, Henry Wilding, Bsq., .1.1’., and Captain Oaldy, Chairman of the .South British Insurance Company, were appointed provisional directors, and accented oiiice. By the Articles of Association, the Directors hind themselves to he personally responsible for any credit that may be given in contravention of the Menioi'amlnm of Association.
