I hail no authority for stat ing to anyone that the affidavit verifying the said Hill of Sale was invalid, and I am fully satisfied that such affidavit is correct in every particular. The ohjee tions which, I was advised, were fatal tn the validity of the said Hill of Sale referred solely to the question of considera* tion as between Hughes and his wife, and these objections in no way reflected upon yon as the Solicitor acting in the matter.
