The Waikato Coal and Shipping Com pany, Limited, will receive Tenders for the Lease of their Flour Mill, at Ngaruawahia, in the Waikato district. The Lease to bo for seven years, with a pur chasing clause, if desired, at an agreed sum. The Mill has a long-established trade, and will be leased as a going concern.- The wheat on hand may be taken at a valuation, or will be worked off by the proprietors at the option of the lessee. The Mill is situated on the Waikato River, and steamers can load and discharge at the mill wharf. There is also a railway siding close at hand. The Mill House is a brick building, three storeys high, and the machinery consists of three pairs of French burr stones, two sets of percussion rollers with silks, elevators, and all other necessary appliances, driven by a condensing engine with a 14-inch cylinder and a 3 feet stroke, all in first-class order. There is storage room for 0000 sacks of wheat. More than sufficient wheat will bo grown this year in the Waikato district to supply the local want.
