BANKRUPT COMMITTED FOR TRIAL FOR CONCEALMENT OF PROPERTY.
(by telegraph.—press association). Gisborne, Monday. S. M. Wilson, late proprietor of the Albion Hotel, Gisborne, whose premises were burnt, and who filed his schedule after the fire, was to-day committed for trial on a charge of concealing a large amount of his property from the Official Assignee. The accused made a number of extraordinary statements in regard to his property, one being that his nursemaid owned a buggy in his possession, she having given £SO out of her wages for it.
