A stormy debate is expected in the House of Commons on Thursday, on the motion that Parliament sanctions the proclamation of the Irish National League. Air Jacob Bright and three other members of the Radical parly will attend the Nationalists meeting to be held in Dublin, to protest against the proclamation under the Crimes Act for the suppression of the National

League.
